Pupa is a new bag-making machine for the production of bottom seal bags, shoppers and large shopping bags from HDPE, LDPE, reclaim material , biodegradeable, etc. The main characteristics of this bag machine with nickel-chrome sealing wires and flying knife are its versatility, reliability, quality sealing and ease of use. Pupa is equipped with special sealing bars placed in the middle of the machine for the for the production of stacks of double–sealed bags. The bags are set down on the stacking belt, ready to be punched to obtain shopping bags. (the punching unit can be supplied separately) This is particularly suitable for printed material where the gusseting unit is incorporated into the machine Excluding the use of the shopping bag sealing bar, the machine is immediately ready to production of bottom seal bags. Changes in draw length will not stop production. All functions are programmed via touch screen, with a large display for entering production parameters and for displaying diagnostics.
